London Sanders founded Audience First after more than a decade at the intersection of media, entertainment, and advertising — working with studios, streamers, platforms, and brands to identify and activate their most valuable audiences. She specializes in go-to-market strategy, partnerships, and media investment — helping companies reach, engage, and monetize audiences with precision and long-term impact.

As Head of Sales at Ankler Media, she built the company's commercial infrastructure from the ground up — spanning partnerships, go-to-market strategy, and live experiences — transforming Ankler into a scalable, multi-channel revenue business. She led the launch of Ankler's events and studio experiences, creating bespoke, tentpole moments for both the brand and its partners. Through strategic partnerships with companies like Letterboxd, ADWEEK, Propagate Content, Pure Nonfiction, and leading industry organizations, she built a diversified revenue engine that tripled company revenue in under a year and generated over $1M in new experiential revenue for the company to build on.

Previously, as Vice President of Film & TV Sales at Deadline Hollywood, London led national revenue strategy across streaming, theatrical, and awards — partnering closely with studios and platforms to shape campaign strategy, media investment, and audience engagement. She generated $10M+ in new revenue opportunities and consistently delivered double-digit growth year over year.
